In loving memory
To the people who have sported us for years unconditionaly that can not be with us today, Thank you.

Michele Haber
Michele discovered me at Dog Adoption Events in 2018 and quickly became a regular Tragic To Magic volunteer. I admired her sharp sense of humor and her East Coast roots. She would share stories about Boston, vowing never to return to the cold.

She visited an adoption event a few months ago. Despite her own challenges, she inquired about me, listened to my boyfriend’s struggles, and shared her own life updates without any self-pity. She mentioned a trip to St. Lucia, joking about kissing every dog she met. When she got back, I suggested she foster an older dog for companionship.

Michele was a lovely, brave soul. I’ll never forget her and feel fortunate to have known her. I believe she’s with the dogs on the other side of the rainbow bridge, or being a guardian angel for those she loved. Until the end, she thought of others, encouraging friends to support Tragic To Magic, for which I’m deeply grateful. I will honor her by continuing to rescue the dogs she cherished. Some donors chose to stay anonymous, but here's a list of names: Deborah Young, Karen D. Smith, Laurel Katz, Kathei Logue, Lori Fisher, Charles Honsberger, Nanci Simkin, and two anonymous donors.
